REJOICE! WEEKLY DOCTOR VISITS ARE BACK! The Bells of Saint John

This particular weekend is a most momentous one.  It is the end of the season for The Walking Dead, and the return of two very highly anticipated shows.  The first of course is Game of Thrones, which is promising to be an entertaining (and bloody) great time.  The other one is the very topic for this article as we are finally able to continue our series on Doctor Who!  As usual, I will try to keep it as spoiler free as possible mainly because as with all Doctor Who episodes, there are many surprises that one should best experience in person.

Episode: The Bells of Saint John

Synopsis: A code that is posing as a Wi-Fi connection is stealing people's consciousness into a data cloud.  Meanwhile, the Doctor continues his search for Clara, the girl who has died both times that she has met with him.

How did Rick Like it?: Let me start by saying that Jenna Louise Coleman, the actress playing the Doctor's new companion, is impossibly cute.  She also has an excellent rapport going with the Doctor that is very entertaining.  She is actually capable of talking faster than the Doctor which has already endeared me to her in a big way.  Having said that, this episode is a great way to being back the Doctor after a four month absence and it is a most welcome return at that.  There are some truly creepy moments throughout including the potential possession of a beloved character and the nefarious purpose of the organization responsible for this caper.  The mystery going on with the events in this episode is pretty fun and the way that they get out this inspired insanity is quite inspired in its own right up to and including a.  Definitely a great entry to the season.

Final Rating:  A
